Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: $16.00, delivery within 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: $32.05, delivery within 2–3 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100.00.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at bbbymichi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at bbbymichi@gmail.com for assistance.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale."
Used or damaged products that are not a result of manufacturing defects.
